3 Steps To Summer

The sun has been shining, which seems like the perfect time to share our 3 steps to Summer!

Step 1 - Hair Removal. We dedicate a lot of time to hair removal, and summer is the time of year we want it to be as quick and pain-free as possible. The new Nair Argan Oil Shower Power Cream is perfect for pain free and quick hair removal. You simply apply it a couple of minutes before getting in the shower, leave it on for approximately 3 minutes in the shower, test a small area and you're good to go. Since using this, my legs feel so hydrated and healthy.

Step 2 - Self Tan. This step isn't compulsory, but if you love that summer glow the safest way is to fake it. I've been using this Bondi Sands Gradual Tanning Milk for a couple of months now and love it. It applies evenly, gives a beautiful natural glow and doesn't stain your sheets. The pump makes it so easy to apply, simply squeeze a couple of pumps in your palm and massage into the skin in circular motions. I used this for a wedding last weekend and my skin looked healthy and glowing in all the photos.

Step 3 - SPF. The last step out of the three is SPF. I may have left it until last but it's definitely the most important. Wearing a good SPF on your face and body is crucial. Although we love the sun and the tan it gives us, it is very damaging and ageing to the skin. I like to wear at least factor 30 so I know I'm well protected. Don't forget to re-apply throughout the day and sit in the shade when possible. The Radical Skin Perfecting Screen with SPF 30 is the perfect light wear SPF you can wear on it's own or under makeup and bonus - it doesn't break me out.

Finally grab your favourite bikini and hit the beach, or if you're in London run to the nearest park and soak up those rays with a picnic if you can find a spot (maybe skip the bikini for the City centre).
